My stay at the resort was a mix of good and not so great experiences. While the rooms were extremely small and not as clean as I'm used to when visiting resorts, the service provided was outstanding with the staff being friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful and very well kept, offering easy access to Universal Studios and Disney parks, but I did encounter some issues with getting hot water in the shower. The dining experience left something to be desired, and the facilities were decent overall.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen which was perfect for us as we prefer to cook our own meals.
